Lexion is an AI-powered contract lifecycle management and legal workflow platform designed to help businesses manage, review, draft, negotiate, and analyze contracts more efficiently. Lexion’s AI Contract Assist brings generative AI directly into Microsoft Word. It can review contracts against customized playbooks, identify language that requires attention, recommend redlines, and generate alternative clause language based on natural-language instructions.

Its AI-powered repository automatically extracts important information from contracts. Lexion can identify more than 120 terms and clauses, including dates, parties, obligations, and other commercially relevant information. Users can then search across their entire contract collection using full-text search and quickly retrieve specific information.

Lexion also automates contract intake and approvals. Stakeholders can submit requests through email, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Lexion itself. Custom intake forms collect the necessary information, after which no-code workflows can assign owners, route approvals, generate documents, and initiate signatures.

The platform supports automated document generation for frequently used agreements. Teams can create legal-approved templates and allow business users to generate documents such as NDAs based on information provided during intake. Conditional logic can also support more complex document-generation workflows.

Lexion helps organizations track contractual obligations and important dates. Automated alerts can notify teams about renewals, expirations, milestone payments, termination deadlines, and other obligations, helping reduce the risk of missed contractual commitments.

Lexion Sign provides native electronic signatures inside the platform. It supports legally binding e-signatures and is designed to eliminate the need to download signed agreements from a separate service and manually upload them back into the contract repository.
