RapidCanvas is an enterprise agentic AI platform that helps businesses build, deploy, govern, and operate AI solutions using their existing data and systems. The platform combines AI agents, data integration, automated workflows, machine-learning models, generative AI, and enterprise governance in a unified environment. RapidCanvas is designed to help organizations move from AI experimentation to production deployments faster, with business users and technical teams able to collaborate on the same AI workflows.
A core component of RapidCanvas is its Enterprise Context Engine™, which connects an organization’s existing data and knowledge without requiring the data to be migrated or duplicated. It can connect to warehouses, data lakes, SaaS applications, ERP and CRM systems, files, and APIs, allowing AI applications to work with business context where the underlying information already resides.
RapidCanvas allows users to describe AI requirements in ordinary business language. For example, a user can describe a requirement such as identifying duplicate invoices or forecasting demand by region, and the platform can translate the requirement into pipelines, models, applications, and safeguards. Its visual Canvas provides structured workflows, reusable components, versioning, and traceability for users who want greater control over the generated solution.
The platform also provides AI agents that can automate complex data-science and engineering tasks. RapidCanvas announced in 2024 that its AI agents could automate portions of tasks traditionally performed by data scientists and engineers. The platform is designed around a hybrid model that combines agentic AI execution with human expertise, domain knowledge, governance, and expert support.
RapidCanvas supports deployment across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, managed environments, and SaaS configurations. AI solutions can connect to existing APIs, applications, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and ticketing systems. The platform also includes monitoring, evaluation, security, compliance, and cost-management capabilities for enterprise deployments.
Organizations can use RapidCanvas for a wide range of business applications, including demand forecasting, production scheduling, customer segmentation, financial processes, predictive analytics, operational optimization, and other AI-driven workflows. The company says its platform can reduce AI implementation timelines and costs while allowing business users to participate directly in solution development.
RapidCanvas was founded by Rahul Pangam and Uttam Phalnikar, who previously co-founded Simility, an AI-powered risk-management company acquired by PayPal. RapidCanvas emerged from stealth in 2024 with $7.5 million in seed funding and subsequently raised a $16 million Series A in December 2024, bringing its total funding at that point to more than $23.5 million.
