Vic.ai automates invoice approvals through intelligent routing and AI-driven recommendations. Instead of requiring AP teams to manually determine where every invoice should go, the platform can automatically route invoices to the appropriate approvers and support autonomous approval workflows. 

The assistant respects existing Vic.ai permissions and is specifically designed for AP and finance data.

VicInbox is another AI-powered capability designed specifically for AP teams. Its Chrome and Outlook extension categorizes incoming AP emails, identifies important vendor communications, and drafts context-aware responses using invoice, approval, and payment information from Vic.ai.
